Families can combine the two, and Home Companion is also available on its own.
Every visit is a walkthrough of the inside and outside of the home. We check for leaks and water intrusion, A/C and humidity, and storm or exterior damage, and we confirm doors, windows and locks are secure and the alarm is set. You receive a photo report after every visit, and anything urgent gets a phone call right away. Property Watch is an inspection and reporting service, not a security guard, patrol or alarm-monitoring service.
Yes. You can begin with a single outing, a few hours of Home Companion, or Property Watch on its own. Every inquiry is returned within 24 hours, and first visits are typically scheduled within a week of your in-home intake.

No. Cornerstone is a non-medical companion and safety service, with our AHCA registration application submitted and pending approval. We spot hazards and keep your family informed, but we don't provide hands-on personal or medical care. Anything health-related stays with your loved one's own doctors; we keep your family informed.
Family Memberships begin at $1,500/month and start with a $500 Initial Cornerstone Home Review, credited in full toward your first month if you enroll. Property Watch begins at $850/month, and Home Companion is quoted to your family's schedule. Cornerstone's AHCA Homemaker & Companion Services registration is pending approval. Our founder has cleared Florida's Level 2 background screening through the state's Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, and every Cornerstone advisor must clear the same screening before entering a client's home. Current registration status and credentials are available upon request.
No. Cornerstone memberships are month-to-month, with 30 days' written notice to cancel — no cancellation fees, no penalties, no fine print. We believe you should stay because it's working, not because you're locked in.

Anything we notice in the home is documented in your visit note and shared with your family right away, so you can decide what comes next. If it's a genuine emergency, we call 911 immediately, then notify your family. Non-medical, documented, and always in communication — never a surprise.
Cornerstone serves Palm Beach County only: Jupiter, North Palm Beach, Juno Beach, Tequesta and Palm Beach Gardens in the north; Palm Beach, West Palm Beach and Wellington in the center; and Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Highland Beach and Boca Raton in the south.
