The best emergency
is the one your West Palm
family never has to face.
Downtown condominiums, historic neighborhoods and quiet communities to the west. Family check-in visits, Home Companion and Property Watch for West Palm Beach families, from a career firefighter-paramedic.
West Palm Beach is many places at once: condominiums along Flagler Drive, historic neighborhoods like El Cid, Flamingo Park and Old Northwood, and gated golf communities further west.
Cornerstone gives families one steady point of contact across all of it, whether your parent lives in a downtown high-rise or on a quiet street off the Intracoastal.
You may see your parent every week and still miss the small changes. Cornerstone adds a steady second set of eyes, scheduled visits, and one number to call in West Palm Beach when life gets busy.
After every visit you get a written note, with photos for Property Watch, and one person in West Palm Beach who knows your parent and the home by name. Calls and video updates are set around your schedule and your time zone.
Homes throughout West Palm Beach, including the condominiums along Flagler Drive, El Cid, Flamingo Park, Old Northwood and Ibis Golf & Country Club. Rides to appointments and errands, and home again after a hospital stay.
Most West Palm Beach families don't reach out until something has already gone wrong. Our job is to make sure it never gets that far.

Choose one, or combine them. Every service is non-medical, documented, and delivered with the discretion your family expects.
Scheduled check-in visits, home safety walkthroughs, written family reports, and a direct line to your advisor. For families who want someone watching over things, month after month.
Time with a screened companion: outings and appointments, meals, light housekeeping, or simply company at home. Book a few hours, or a regular schedule.
Home watch for seasonal and second homes in West Palm Beach: scheduled, documented visits. Leaks, A/C, storm damage, doors, locks and alarm all checked, vendors arranged when needed, and a photo report after every visit.
Companion and homemaker services, including membership check-in visits and Home Companion, are provided under Cornerstone's Homemaker & Companion Services registration (AHCA registration pending). That registration applies only to homemaker and companion services. Property Watch, home safety walkthroughs and family liaison are separate services outside it, and involve no care of any person. See Clear Boundaries.
The same standard behind every membership, every companion visit and every Property Watch report.
Fifteen years in fire and EMS service, applied to your loved one's home: smoke detectors, electrical and heating hazards, escape routes, and the trip hazards behind most falls.
A direct line to your advisor, who knows your household by name. Never a call center, never a rotating cast of strangers.
A written, photo-documented report after every visit, in English or Spanish, so your family always knows what was seen and what's next.
Everyone who enters a client's home clears Florida's Level 2 background screening and the full Cornerstone Screening Standard first.
A signed confidentiality agreement from day one. No signage, no marked vehicles, just the polish of seasoned household staff.
When your family needs more, we recommend licensed agencies and vendors we've vetted ourselves. Never a paid placement.

Provided personally by our founder. These services involve no care of any person.
Hands-on personal care of any kind: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting or incontinence care, feeding, help with transfers or walking, or handling medications. We also provide no nursing, therapy or medical care. When hands-on care is needed, we refer your family to a licensed home health agency.
Yes. We coordinate with building management, front desk and valet staff so visits, deliveries and vendor access go smoothly, and we follow each building's rules for keys and guest access. Your family hears from us after every visit.
No. Cornerstone is a non-medical companion and safety service, with our AHCA registration application submitted and pending approval. After every visit you receive a written note covering what we did and anything you should know, such as a change in routine or a hazard in the home. You have one point of contact in West Palm Beach who knows your parent by name, and we can set regular calls or video updates around your schedule. We don't evaluate health; if something seems different, we tell you so your family can follow up.
