The best emergency
is the one your Wellington
family never has to face.
Wellington fills each winter and empties each spring, leaving estates unattended for months. Family check-in visits and Property Watch, delivered with the discretion your family expects.
Wellington's international reputation as an equestrian destination, anchored by the Winter Equestrian Festival, brings a wave of seasonal residents each year — and with them, sprawling properties that sit vacant for much of the year once the season ends. A slow leak, a failed A/C system, or an unlocked gate can go unnoticed for weeks on an empty estate.
For families with aging parents in Wellington year-round, Cornerstone provides the same attentive check-in visits and safety walkthroughs we bring to every community we serve — with the added benefit of Property Watch when the family's second home, or a parent's own residence, sits empty during the off-season.
You may see your parent every week and still miss the small changes. Cornerstone adds a steady second set of eyes, scheduled visits, and one number to call in Wellington when life gets busy.
After every visit you get a written note, with photos for Property Watch, and one person in Wellington who knows your parent and the home by name. Calls and video updates are set around your schedule and your time zone.
Homes throughout Wellington, including Palm Beach Polo, Olympia, Binks Forest and the equestrian estates around the show grounds. Rides to appointments and errands, and home again after a hospital stay.
Most Wellington families don't reach out until something has already gone wrong. Our job is to make sure it never gets that far.
